Step Down DC/DC Converters, from fuel cell, ultra caps, to battery charger

(1) Output Voltage or Current is adjustable, either by on board pot, or by remote signal.
Output Voltage must be less than the Input voltage.
(2) Output Current limit can be controlled by an external signal. (0 to 9 volts)
(3) Output Power in chart is calculated at the Current limit value times 80% of the Output Voltage shown in chart.
