Benefits of using the newer DCDC24/12/3000 vs. DCDC35/24/6KW and DCDC51/36/9KW
The new product is more efficient, smaller, lighter and less expensive.
The number of power connections is reduced from 10 to 3. The unit is prewired over the loose parts.
The new one has 16 internal signals that can be brought out to Atopin6.
The new one product has interlacing. That means the ripple current and voltage in and out are smaller.
At a 2:1 voltage reduction the ripple is zero. The current limit input is easier to implement.
The old one requires up to 13ma sink current. The new one is a negligible source current.
(1) Output Voltage or Current
is adjustable, either by on board pot, or by remote signal.
Output Voltage must be less than the Input voltage.
(2) Output Current limit can be controlled by an external signal. (0 to 9
volts)
(3) Output Power in chart is calculated at the Current limit value times the
Output Voltage shown in chart.
