optimizer goes down to 3V

The optimizer Optimizes the power from a solar panel or a wind mill, and there are 4 of them:
DCDC12/48/200/OP
DCDC12/36/200/OP
DCDC12/24/260/OP
DCDC12/48/800/OP

The part number is broken down as follows:
The DCDC means that the input is DC and the output is DC
The 12/XX means that it steps up the voltage to 48V,36V,24V or 48V.
The /200 means the watts. (Actually it is current)
The /OP means that it optimizes.

The input could be as low as 3V, once started.

The input voltage must be less than the output voltage.
