Step Up DC/DC Converter, from fuel cell, ultra caps, to battery charger

(1) Output Voltage or Input Current is adjustable, either by on board pot, or by remote signal.
Output Voltage must greater than the Input voltage.
(2) Input Current limit can be controlled by an external signal. (0 to 9 volts)
(3) Output Power in chart is calculated at the Current limit value times 80% of the max Input Voltage shown in chart.
