CCH63250-SSU Step Up DC/DC Converter

with inductors, subpanel, and terminal block. (DCDC24/48/5000)

Using Interlaced Boost Converter Topology, and single direction current, this product is used as a 48 volt, 5000 watt, backup power supply. The input is a fuel cell.

(2) The input voltage must be less than the output voltage.
(3) The maximum output current is limited and must be calculated:
Iout(max)=(Ein*Iin(max)*.96)/Eout. Example: Using the DCDC24/48/5000 for a
24 to 48 volt conversion. (24)*(250)*.96/48 = 120 amps = Iout(max)
(4) 24 to 48 volt conversion: Input current is 217 amps.

12 to 24 volt conversion: Input current is 250 amps.
